Our underwriting team works closely with the credit panel and will pay particular attention to your exit strategy, security, experience and track record.

Application & Underwriting

Our application process will require evidence of your experience and details of the proposed project. A particular focus will be placed on your exit strategy and how this can be evidenced, the application and underwriting will culminate in heads of terms being issued within 5-10. At this point, a valuation will be completed.

Legals & Drawdown

Our legal partners will create a legal pack within days enabling a fast track application of security and drawing down of funds; drawdown will be net of all your costs.

Exit Monitoring

As part of your heads of terms a series of exit monitoring checkpoints will be agreed, exit monitoring drives confidence and course correction support towards a successful and timely loan redemption.


Repaying of loan and removing security draws the loan to completion.
